Our resin products cure to a flawless, mirror-like, glass-clear finish. While premium art resin is incredibly durable and UV-stabilised, it should be treated with the same respect as fine crystal or polished lacquer.
Everyday Cleaning
- The Gentle Touch: Use a clean, ultra-soft microfiber cloth dampened with lukewarm water to wipe away dust or fingerprints.
- For Stubborn Smudges: Use a mild, alcohol-free, ammonia-free glass cleaner or a single drop of gentle dish soap mixed with water.
- What to Avoid: Never use abrasive scrubbing pads, paper towels (which can cause micro-scratches), or harsh chemical solvents like acetone, alcohol, or bleach.
Heat & Weight Considerations
- The Coaster Rule: Always use coasters or felt placemats under hot coffee mugs, teapots, or sharp-edged objects. While cured resin is highly resilient, extreme direct heat can temporarily soften the surface or leave faint rings.
- Not a Cutting Surface: Our resin trays and tables are functional art installations. Please avoid using them as direct cutting boards or exposing them to heavy, sharp cutlery.
Environmental Placement
- Sunlight Protection: We use the highest grade of UV-stabilised resin to prevent yellowing. However, to indefinitely preserve the vibrant clarity of your ocean depths, emerald geodes, or botanical elements, avoid placing your pieces in areas that receive intense, prolonged, direct daily sunlight.
- Indoor Use Only: Unless explicitly stated, our resin art furniture and decor are designed strictly for climate-controlled indoor environments.
